Mumbai Comic Con 2013 is back. If last years Comic Con India Mumbai event 2012<\/a> was anything to go by, our expectations from the event were already set high. And, it was everything that we could dream of and more!<\/p>\n

The Comic Con India Mumbai 2013 event was a fabulous hit!<\/p>\n

\"MFCC<\/a>

Comic Con India MFCC<\/p><\/div>\n

The Mumbai Film and Comics Convention (MFCC with the hasthtag #MFCC ) took place at the Bombay Exhibition Centre,\u00a0Goregaon\u00a0(E), Mumbai. It was a sight to remember.<\/p>\n

For those who couldn\u2019t make it, worry not, we will give you a short visual experience of the amazing stuff we witnessed.<\/p>\n

The moment you completed your Registration, you were greeted with volunteers tagging you with the official Comic Con band for the year, which this year was a sponsored band from Imagica Adlabs.<\/p>\n

As soon as you stepped crossed the threshold, you were greeted by enormous sculpted action figures of Iron Man & the Hulk. Every entrant spent a few seconds here posing and clicking away pictures that made memories for a lifetime with their family and friends.<\/p>\n

And then, as we entered, the venue was filled with stalls that boasted the iconic comic characters of The Dark Knight – Batman and The JOKER were all around; Superman, Spiderman, Flash, Wonder Woman, The Lord of the Rings (LOTR) characters of Gandalf, Smeagol, Frodo; the ever popular Tintin, Chacha Chaudhary, Vintage Comic Books sections, then there were sections filled with tees, collectibles and comic books of Tinkle and needless to say, there were stalls with mammoth signs of the very popular sitcom series of TBBT – The Big Bang Theory with Sheldon Copper stealing the show across with board signs of “Bazinga” and “I’m not insane, my mother had me tested”. Oh Yes, the Dark side kept popping up in between every other stall every now and then with STAR WARS iconic characters of Yoda and Darth Vader\u00a0memorabilia probably hitting sky high with fans across. There were few even dressed like Princess\u00a0Leia. But majority of the costumes that fans had worn for the event circled around the Dark Knight series. Most popular here, was again, none other than THE JOKER.<\/p>\n

The venue was lined with stalls selling various items, from comics, graphic novels, bobbleheads, collectible figures, t-shirts, posters, artworks, coffee mugs and what not.<\/p>\n

We had a hard time again this time, trying not to run around from stall to stall like maniacs drooling over some of the mind blowing collections on display, especially the ones which had LOTR, Star Wars and the Dark Knight series.<\/p>\n

We loaded our shopping bags with collectibles of Darth Vader bobblehead, Game Cd’s, Comic Books of Tintin, Tees from The Big Bang Theory, Sherlock & more.<\/p>\n

These are just a few images that we captured from the event. All in all, it was amazing. There were food stalls, events, contests, games that won you freebies and discounts in shops and so much more.<\/p>\n
