A father’s story of his daughter’s first home purchase in Mumbai
At my age of 58, excellent amenities, peaceful vicinity with friendly surrounding areas, comfortable lifestyle that in no way compromises our Indian lifestyle was of utmost importance when it came to buying a new house.
So when my daughter proposed that she is going to buy her first home, both my wife and self were ecstatic and our joy new no bounds.
She was shifting back from UAE to India for good as she good a new role in a banking industry in Mumbai. But she wanted to make sure that the house we buy had modern amenities and at the same time understands a family’s need to be able to spend our best moments and memories comfortably in a new home.
She had come to Mumbai this January and along with one of her cousins and myself included, she looked around 16-18 different flats in suburban Mumbai, but none matched or could come close to fitting in all of our expectations.
It was just then, we saw this amazing 5 STAR CHALLENGE from Samriddhi for a residential complex in Mira Road, Bhayandar, Mumbai.

It was located near Indralok layout and was without a doubt one of suburban Mumbai’s newest residential complex and among the best that we had seen in the past few months.
It had vitrified tile floorings through the apartment, safety grills for windows (which was a very important requirement) since our home hosts lots of family functions which includes little kids running all around the house. The bathrooms were extremely well designed and its plumbing and electrical connection was of excellent quality.

Some of the facilities that we loved the most were the solar water hot water connection for every flat, swimming pool & gym, ample car parking space, state-of-the-art security systems with intercoms & CCTV in the building entrance halls and the wonderful rain water harvesting system.
We booked our 2.5 BHK house and needless to say, this has been the proudest moment of my life as a father, to see my daughter’s first home and that too at such a fantastic location.
The builders, Ashish Group eased out our entire process, were very warm and welcoming and extremely helpful throughout the process.
We just wanted to THANK them from the bottom of our hearts for making this experience, such a special moment for my family.
